Question by Sarah H: Should I pursue a career in cosmetology or stay in the Insurance business?
I am 22 years old and have wanted to be a cosmetologist for several years, but I currently work for an insurance company and am currently training to become an agent. I really do not enjoy the insurance business. Should I pursue a career in cosmetology or stay where I am?

Get into beauty school! If this is really what you want, go for it. Never stay in a job that does not make you happy (most of the time).

My bff went for it (cosmetology) straight out of high school and she now owns her own hair salon. BTW, we are in our 40′s, but I want to give you a glimpse of the future.
